Developing the Genba 5R System to digitise weekly 5R (Neat, Orderly, Safe, Clean, Disciplined) evaluations and abnormal findings at any time in the PT Kayaba Indonesia area, enabling auditors to record, assess, and monitor workplace organisation and cleanliness in real-time. This system integrates 5R assessments, findings, and corrective actions, providing transparent progress tracking through a dashboard that displays performance trends by department, area, and inspection period.

Developing a Safety Performance Board Monitoring System to provide real-time information on factory accident records directly to all employees, raising safety awareness and supporting a proactive safety culture.

Developing a Daily Machine Checklist System to digitise machine inspection activities on the production floor, enabling operators, foremen, and supervisors to record, validate, and monitor machine conditions in real time. This system simplifies reporting when abnormal findings are detected on machines traceability, and speeds up decision-making through automatic notifications, approval records, inspection history logs.

Developed a web-based Online Checksheet Hydrant Monitoring System designed to digitalize hydrant inspection activities, enabling real-time monitoring, validation workflows, and centralized reporting.
